FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE coming on for Final Hearing and the Court having considered the pleadings, testimony and evidence, and finding that it has jurisdiction of the subject matter and of the parties and finding that the marriage between the parties hereto is irretrievably broken and that a reconciliation cannot be made between the parties, and the Court being otherwise full}• advised in the premises, it is, thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: That the marriage between FREDRICK I. McCOSH and JOYCE. C. McCOSH, be, and the same is hereb}- ordered dissolved, a vinculo, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CHILDREN AND PROPERTY: That there are no minor children of this marriage and the parties do not own real property jointly and do not own personal property jointly.
