5. PERIODIC ALIMONY: That the Wife, DORIS M. SHERLOC~K be, and
is hereby awarded periodic alimony in the amount of sixty d~~%_v (560.00)

per month for a time period of ~l~months or until such time as the
Wife may remarry or die. The Husband, VINCENT J. SHERLOCK, be and is
hereby ordered to pay said alimony to the Wife the sum of sixty dollars,
(560.00), per month on the first business day of each month beginning on
the first business day of January, 1981, and on the same such day of
each subsequent month thereafter during the aforesaid time period.
6. EXCLUSIVE POSSESSION OF THE MOBILE HOME: That in accordance
with the Separation and Property Settlement Agreement executed by the
parties, that the Wife, DORIS M. SHERLOCK, be, and is hereby ordered awarded
sole-and exclusive use and possession of the Mobile Home owned jointly by
the parties.
7. RETENTION OF JURISDICTION: That this Court expressly retains
jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties to enter such orders as this
Court deems just and proper and further expressly retains jurisdiction to
enter such orders relating to the award of periodic alimony to the Wife
as this Court deems just, equitable and proper.
