KATHLEEN C. CARROLL within fifteen (15) days of the date of the rendition
of this Final Judgment. If JACK A. CARROLL shall fail to so convey his
interest within said time period then this Final Judgment Of Dissolution
Of Marriage shall act as a conveyance of all of JACK A. CARROLL'S right,
title and interest in said home and real property by operation of law to
KATHLEEN C. CARROLL. Said home and real property being more particularly
described as:
Lot 21, Block 27, BUCKINGHAM AT
LEVITY PARK, Section 3-C, according
to the Plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 20, Page 21, Public Records
of Brevard County, Florida.
That KATHLEEN C. CARROLL, be, and is hereby ordered to
indemnify and hold harmless JACK A. CARROLL as to all liability under
the mortgage on said home and real property.
DONE AND ORDERED this _(~ day of December, A.D. 1980, at
Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie County, Florida.
