FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for hearing this date and the Court having
given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines:
1. This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
MARK M. HAZARD and CONNIE D. HAZARD be and the same is hereby
dissolved and the parties and each of them are forever freed from
the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of CHRISTINE ANN HAZARD is hereby
awarded to the Respondent, MARK M. HAZARD, with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to CONNIE D. HAZARD. Custody of BOBBIE JEAN HAZARD
is hereby awarded to CONNIE D. HAZARD with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to MARK M. HAZARD.
3. PROPERTY. The Court finds and determines that the parties
do not jointly own real or personal property at this time.
4. ATTORNEY'S FEES. /'The Respondent, MARK M. HAZARD, is
hereby ordered to pay $ ~~'~'`~ towards the wife's reasonable
attorney's fees and costs incurred herein.
5. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties
