This cause came on for trial the 8th day of Becenber, 1980 and the Comet
having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This
Court has ~urisdictian of the parties and sub3ect matter of this suit, that the
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties, and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is there-
upon
C~tDERID AMID AD.ItD® as follows:
1. DIS90LUfION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between PATRICIA ANN MARK, and
JEFF~ItY D. MARIE, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of
them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefr®.
2. FROPF.Erl'Y. The Separation Agreemait admitted into evidence is hereby in-
corporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the provi-
signs thereof.
3. RESiiORATICM] OF NAME. PATRICIA ANN MARK be and she is hexeby authorized
to assume her former game of PATRICIA ANN MKtRI90N and to use the same in all respects
as if said marriage had not intervened.
