THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before the Court and the
Court having heard the evidence,-and finding that it has
jurisdiction of the subject matter, it is:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Court has jurisdiction of the parties.
2. That the bonds of marriage between Petitioner, ?~LVI:I
J. I~OPRIVICA, and Respondent, MARTHA KOPRIVICA, are dissolved
because tiie marriage is irretrievably broken.
