FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
IS CAUSE came on for trial this day of
19~~~ , and the Court, having given
full consideration to all of the parties and subject matter of
this suit; that the relationship of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is there-
upon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between PATRICK
F. O'CONNOR and JACQUELINE O'CONNOR be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and'from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of KELLY ANN O'CONNOR and JOHN
.,
PATRICK O'CONNOR, minor children of the parties, is hereby
awarded to JACQUELINE O'CONNOR, Petitioner, with reasonable
rights of visitation reserved to PATRICK F. O'CONNOR, Respondent,
as defined in the Separation and Property Settlement Agreement
admitted into evidence.
3. SEPARATION AND PROPERTY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT: The
Separation and Property Settlement Agreement admitted into
evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and.the
parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
