DISS UT THIS CAUSE came on for trial the day of December, A. D., 1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved, It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between MAX E. CROSS and SUSANNE A. CROSS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY: Custody of MARK CROSS, minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to the husband, MAX E. CROSS, with reason- able rights of visitation reserved to the wife, SUSANNE A. CROSS. 3. PROPERTY: The Property Settlement Agreement admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof, and the same shall be recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, immediately following the recording of this Final Judgment.- 4. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby E( i enjoined and restrained from interferring with, harassing or annoying, the other. 5. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
