CASE NO. 80-1316 FR FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION THIS CAUSE having come before the undersigned on December 8, 1980, upon the Complaint for Divorce of the Husband, BUFORD GILL, and having heard testimony and the arguments of counsel, it is found and determined that this Court has jurisdiction over the parties and of this cause and, further, that the marriage existing heretofore between the Husband, BURFORD GILL, and the Wife, MARJORIE GILL, is irretrievably broken. Accordingly, it is ORDERED AID ADJUDGED that the marriage existing heretofore between the parties, BURFORD GILL and MARJORIE GILL, is dissolved and each party shall have the right to remarry herewith. Jurisdiction is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be necessary and proper. DONE AND ORDERED this 8th day of December, 1980, in the City of Ft. Pierce, County of St. Lucie, Florida.
