THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the
_~ day of 1980, and the Court having
given full consideration for all the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of
husband and wife now exists between the parties; that
the marriage of the parties is irretrievably broken and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION_OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
George D. Kimbrell, Sr, and Estella J. Kimbrell be and
the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and each of
them are hereby freed from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. STIPULATION. The Stipulation/entereddinto
between the parties and admitted into evidence at the Final
Hearing, dealing with custody and child support of the minor
children of the parties and property rights of the parties,
is hereby incorporated in this Final .Tudgment by reference
and made a part hereof and each of the parties is hereby

Ordered to comply with the terms and provisions thereof.
3. J1IRISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause anti
the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further
Orders as may be proper.
