awarded reasonable visitation rights with said child and is further
ordered to pay child support in the amount of $60.00 per child per
week beginning on December 12, 1980 and on the same day of each
respective subsequent time period thereafter and is further ordered as
additional child support to assist the parent having custody in the payment
of all reasonable educational, medical, dental, hospital and orthodontical
expenses. Each child support payment shall be made by cashier's check, cash
or money order, to the Clerk of this Court and shall be promptly remitted.
In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to
be added to each payment made to the Clerk. Both the Husband and the Wife
are ordered to keep the Clerk informed of their current mailing addresses.
Jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties hereto is retained for
the purpose of entering such Orders, Judgments and Process as this Court
deems proper.
5. AGREEMENT: That the written Agreement heretofore entered into and
executed by the parties and introduced into evidence, be, and it is hereby
ordered approved, confirmed and ratified and it is incorporated into and
made a part of this Final Judgment and each of the parties is ordered to
fully comply with each and every term, provision and condition thereof.
6. ALIMONY: That the Wife, WILLIOUSE HAWTHORNE, be, and is hereby
ordered awarded as rehabilitative alimony the sum of Ninety Dollars ($90.00)
per week for weeks from and after the date of the rendition of this
Final Judgment, and the H~isband, BOBBY;2R. HAWTORNE, be, and is hereby
ordered to pay said Ninety Dollars ($90.00) for said number of weeks to the
Wife. The Husband shall make said payments to the Wife for said number of
weeks unless the Wife shall die-prior to the expiration of said time period.
DONE AND ORDERED this ~ day of December, A.D. 1980, at Fort
Pierce, Saint Lucie County, Florida.
