HomeMy WebLinkAbout2050 4. CHILD CUSTODY AND SUPPORT: That the Wife, ROSLYN M. DeGREIF, is a fit and proper person to have custody of the minor child of the parties, JOSEPH S. DeGREIF, and 1~4SLYN M. DeGREIF, be, and is hereby ordered awarded the permanent care and custody of the minor child, JOSEPH S. DeGREIF. It, be, and is hereby further ordered that reasonable rights of visitation are re- served to the Husband, KENNETH R. DeGREIF. The Wife is awarded child support in the amount of $40.00 per week for the support of the aforesaid minor child beginning on Friday, December 12, 1980, and on the Friday of each week thereafter until said minor child reaches the age of eighteen (18) years and the Husband, Ia;NNETh R. DeGREIF, be, and is hereby ordered to pay said sum on the Friday of each week beginning on December 12, 1980, to the Wife, ROSLYN M. DeGREIF, and the Husband is further ordered to make said payments to the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Saint Lucie County, Florida, The Husband is further ordered to pay an additional sum of Two Dollars ($2.00) with each payment as the statutory fee. All payments made by the Husband shall be in cash, cashiers check or certified check. 5. SUPPORT FOR ADULT CHILD: That based upon the Agreement of the Husbadd and Wife, the Wife is awarded support in the amount of Twenty Dollars ($20.00) per week for the support of SCOTT H. DeGREIF until such time as he graduates from high school. -The Husband, be, and is here ay itrther ordered to assist the Wife in the payment of all reasonable medical, dental, orthodontical, hospitalization and educational expenses of said adult child. 6. ALI!KONY: That the Wife, ROSLYN M. DeGREIF, be, and is hereby ordered awarded periodic alimony in the amount of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per week and the Husband, be, and is hereby ordered to pay periodic alimony to the Wife in the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per week beginning on Friday, December 12, 1980, and on the Friday of each week thereafter until such time as the Wife shall become eligible to receive Social Security and until such time as she actually does receive Social Security or until such time as the Wife shall die or remarry, whichever first occurs. ,~~ „~zoso l -2- - _~:.;.
