7. AGREEMENT: That the written Agreement heretofore
entered into and executed by the parties and introduced into evi-
dence, be, and it is hereby ordered approved, confirmed and ratified
and it is incorporated into and made a part of this Final Judgment
and each of the parties is ordered to fully comply with each and
every term, provision and condition thereof.
8. RETENTION OF JURISDICTION: This Court further expressly
retains jurisdiction to enter such further orders as may be necessary
in regard to the award of alimony to the Wife.

Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie County, Florida.
