This cause came on for trial the 8th day of December 1980 and the
Court having given full consideration of all the evidence, finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that
the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDIItID AND AD.JiDCED as follows
1. DIS90LUTI(k1 OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between MARY PA(E and JOHaTIE
R. PACE, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them
are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefr®.
2. CUSTiUDY. Custody of ELESFA PAGE, minor child of the parties,is
hereby awarded to MARY PACE, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to
.R~iYd~IE R. PAGE.
3. SUP'POR'T. Based on the wife's testamony that prior to the separation
of the parties the husband was employed by the City of Fort Pierce with a gross
salary of $299.00 bi~aeelcly, camn~-cing the 15th day of December, 1980 JOH~NIE
R. PACE, shall pay to MARY PACE the sum of $ ~Q: ~ each and every. week far
the support of the minor child named above.
Each payment shall be.made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted
promptly to MARY PAGE. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as
statutory costs to be added to each payme~lt made to the Clerk. All payments shall
be made in cash, mociey order or cashier's check. Both parties are ordered to
keep the Clerk of this Court advised of_their mailing and residence addresses at
all times while this order is in effect.
4. P~ZOPER'I'Y. That the wife is hereby awarded her special equity in the
husband's interest in the real property owned by the parties as tenants by the
entirety and located at 214 North 39th Street, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie Canty,
Florida and more particularly described as follows:
The North 30 feet of Lot 8 and the South 45 feet
of Lot 9, Block 7, Wilbuwe Subdivison as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 6, page 24, Public
Records of St. Lucie Canty, Florida
The husband is hereby ardered to execute a C1uit Claim Deed, deeding his
interest in the above described real property to the wife and in the event that
the husband fails or refuses to do so this jet shall constitute an effective
convayence thereof.
5. DEBTS AND OBLIGATIONS. That the husband is hereby ordered to assure
the sole responsibility for the outstanding debts and obligations in the joint
names of the parties and to hold the wife harmless therefrom.
6. RESIRAII~ING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and re-
strained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other.
7. FEES AND (pSTS. The Court determines the su4n of $ ~~~ ~ to
be reasonable for the wife's. attorney for her services herein and the husband,
