It is there- ~1 . ORDIItID AND ADJ[~C~D as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIA(£. The marriage between 1'fIIr1AS DIE'iRICH, and MELISSA DIEIRICH, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefr®. 2. CUSiiODY. Custody of MICHAEL DIEIRICH,the minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to MELISSA DIEiRICH, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to THCMA.S DIETRICH. 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 12th day of December,. 1980 Tt~MA.S DIEiRICH shall pay to MELISSA DIEIRICH the sum of $40.00 each and every week for the support of the above-namied child. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to MELISSA DILIRICH. In addition there ~is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each paymer-t made to the Clerk. All pay- ments shall be made in cash, money orders or cashier's check. Both parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Courts advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect. 4. PROPEKI'Y. The praparty settlement agreement a~nitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. ~ 5. JURISDICTION.
