FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

This cause came on for trial the 9th day of December, 1980
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
~' the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between LEON PAUL ROCHEDIEU, JR. and
JUDITH ANN ROCHEDIEU be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga-
tions arising therefrom.
2. Custody of AIMEE LEIGH ROCHEDIEU and MICHAEL PAUL
ROCHEDIEU, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to
JUDITH ANN ROCHEDIEU with reasonable visitation rights reserved to
LEON PAUL ROCHEDIEU, JR. The Husband shall have the right to have
the two minor children visit and be with him away from the residence
of the Wife on alternate weekends from five-thirty p.m. on Friday to
seven p.m. the following Sunday or, in the alternative, one day each
week, the particular day to be agreed upon by the parties.
3. Commencing Friday, December 12, 1980 the Husband shall
pay to the Wife the sum of $75 each and every week for the support
of the two minor children hereinabove named.
