Court and by him remitted promptly to Judith Ann Rochedieu at
1504 Georgia Avenue, Ft. Pierce, Florida. In addition there is
hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added
to each payment made to the clerk. All payments shall be made
in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties
are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their
mailing and residence addresses at all times while this order is
in effect.
4. By appropriate instrument, the Husband, LEON PAUL
ROCHEDIEU, JR., shall convey to the Wife, JUDITH ANN ROCHEDIEU,
all of his right, title and interest in and to the 1979 Toyota
pickup automobile. The Wife shall be responsible for and pay the
outstanding lien thereon to Sun Bank of St. Lucie County and save
the Husband harmless therefrom.
5. The Wife, JUDITH ANN ROCHEDIEU, shall have the
exclusive ownership and possession of the furniture, furnishings
and appliances now in her possession and the Husband shall have no
claim thereto.
6. The Husband, LEON PAUL ROCHEDIEU, JR., shall pay to
Errol S. Willes, Esquire, counsel of record for the Wife, the sum
of $250.00 to apply on his fee for services in behalf of the Wife.
7. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto is
retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper
ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida this th day of December, 1980.
