FINAL JUDGEMENT OF DISSOLUTION
THIS CAUSE come on for trial on the ~ day of .Y9v
19~U and the Court having given full consideration to all
the evidence, finds and determines: This court has juridiction ',
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the rela-
tionship of husband and wife now exist between the parties; and
that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken
and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE The marriage between HARRIET
JACKSON AND DANNY JACKSON be and the-same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing btwen them and from
obligations as arising therefrom.
2. PERSONAL PROPERTY

jointly or separately by the above-stated parties to be divided
by a Decree of this Court.

parties' child to wit: TRAMAYNE JACKSON, born January 25, 1979
