FINAL JUDGMENT FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard for final hearing,
and the Court having heard the testimony of the Petitioner
:~
and her witness and being otherwise advised in the premises,
makes the following findings of fact:
1. The Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
the subject matter.
2. The marriage of the parties is irretrievably broken.
3. The parties have entered into a Separation
Agreement providing for the disposition of the property
and debts of the parties.
WHEREFORE, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. DISSOLUTION: The marriage of the parties is
dissolved and each spouse is restored to the status of
being single and unmarried.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of the two minor children, to-wit:
DAVID CHARLES OOLEY, age 9 and KRISTEN LEE OOLEY, age 6
is hereby awarded to the Wife with right of visitation
to the Husband of every other week from 5:30 p.m. Friday
until 6:00 p.m. Sunday as well as every other legal holiday.
3. MONETARY CHILD SUPPORT: The Husband, during the
minority of the children, or until they are emancipated
or self-supporting, shall pay to the Wife for the support
and maintenance of the children the sum of FIFTY DOLLARS
($50.00) per month, beginning on January 1, 1981 and a
like amount each succeeding month. Each payment shall be
made to the Clerk of the Circuit Court and by him remitted
