FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 8th day of December, 1980,

and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is r
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between FLORETTA
BOND, Wife, and ALFONZO BOND, Husband, be and the parties and each
of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony here-
tofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of BARBARA BOND, BOBBY LEE BOND,
VENNIE MAE BOND and VENNIE LEE BOND, minor children of the parties
is hereby awarded to FLORETTA BOND, wife, with reasonable visi-

3. SUPPORT. Commenc g theme day of 1980 ~
ALFONZO BOND shall pay to FLORETTA BOND the snm of $ ~~ eac and
every week, for the support of the children named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
remitted promptly to FLORETTA BOND. In addition there is hereby
assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each
payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered
