This cause cane on for trial the 8th day of December 1980 and the
Court having given full consideration of all the evidence, finds and detettnines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that
the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERID AND AATIDCF,D as follows:
1. DIS90LUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between BARBARA IOREF.N WARE,
and JERRY WARE, JR., be and the sane is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed fr® the bands of matrimony heretofore
existing between them and fr® the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of JERRY WARE, III and TERRY WARE, minor children
of the parties, is hereby awarded to BARBARA IDRF.F~I WARE and JERRY WARE, ~ JR. ,
jointly, with the primary residence of the children to be with the wife, BARBARA
IAREF.~1 WARE .
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 12th day of December ,1980 JERRY WARE,JR.,
shall pay to BARBARA IOREEN WARE the sim of $50.00 each and every week for the
support of the children above tmnoed.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted
promptly to BARBARA IAREEN WARE. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of
$2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All pay-
ments shall be made in cash, money order or cashiers check. Both of the parties
axe ordered to keep the Clerk of Courts advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
4. PROPERTY. The wife is hereby awarded the sole use and possession of
the marital home, which i.s located at Route 4, Box 359, Fort Pierce, Florida
together with the furniture and household furnishings therein.
The husband is hereby ordered to provide the wife with proper and depen-
dable transpartati,on and the husband is further ordered to assume any outstanding
debts and obligations of the parties and to hold the wife harmless therefran.
5. SCfDOL EDS. The husband is hereby ordered to assugo~e sole re-
sponsibility for the tuition expenses at Faith Baptist Church School for the
minor son of the parties, JERRY WARE III.
6. JIAtISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is
retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
