FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the __~ day of December,
1980, and the Court
evidence, finds and
parties and subject
and wife now exists

having given full consideration to all the
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
between the parties; and that the marriage between
trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ROBYN J. TALLEY
and JIMMY L. TALLEY be and the same is hereby dissolved, .and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising there-
f rom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of BRETT J. TALLEY and APRIL L. TALLEY, is
hereby awarded to ROBYN J. TALLEY, as more particularly set out in
the property settlement agreement (stipulation) admitted into evidence
and which is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties
are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 13th day of November, 1980, JIMMY
L. TALLEY shall pay to ROBYN J. TALLEY, the sum of $150.00 per month
for the support of the children named above, until said minor children
attain their majority of eighteen (18) years, deceases or otherwise
becomes self-supporting as more particularly set out in the property
settlement agreement (stipulation) admitted into evidence and which is
hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to
comply with the provisions thereof.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
