AS90CIATION, INC.. anon-profit corporation of the State of Florida, which
has been assigned all the rights and reservations of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPORA-
TION. LA KEWOOD PARK C~ONSTR UCTION CORPORATION, and LAKE INDR IO
(70RFORATION, said Assignment ceing recorded in Offlctal Record Book 186,
Page 2035 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain lot, block and
unit num~era in Lakewood Park Subdivision. for nonpayment of maintenance
fees assessed. said Affidavit being recorded in Official Record Book 177
Page 2364 ,Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. .
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Aff[davit now on record
against the following property. since said arrearage has now been paid:
Lot 18 Block 45 Unit 5
in the name of: Mattis L. O'Connor
and now held in the name of: Mark R. Lingenfelder
