according to Sheehan's Survey of White City, as per
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 201, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

In the event the property described herein is sold, transferred
or conveyed in any fashion by the mortgagor, or if said property
is taken as the result of any action against the mortgagor, all
funds then owing hereunder shall be due, and payable at the option
of the mortgagees, their heirs or assigns. This mortgage is be-
ing made because of the relationship of the mortgagor and the
mortgagees, and should the legal or equitable owner of the property
change, then the mortgagees may call the entire balance due to be
payable at that time.
