TIIIS AGREENtCNT, made the 10th December 1980 ,between
the SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a F orlda Banking Corporation,
party Of the flrst part, ands D_~ ES'T`ATES, LTD.i, A Florida Limited Partnership
Parties of the second part;
WITNESSETti, WHEREAS, the said parties of the second part executed
a certain promissory note dated December l0, 1979 , whereby
they promised to pay to the SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, party
of the first part, on order the sum of Nine-thousand-five-hundred-

the first payment coming due T„~ to 1980
Interest at 13.25 $ per annum
WHEREAS, the parties of the second part executed to the party of the
first part, to secure the above mentioned note, a mortgage on the
following described premises, to-wit:
Lots 5 & 6, DRIFTWOOD MANOR S(1BDIVISION, SECTION ONE,
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 18,
page 6, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Mortgage dated December 10, 1979 recorded on January 17, 1980
in Official Record Book 323, page 2860 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
Extension Agreement dated June 23, 1980 recorded July 3, 1980
In O, R, Book 334 page 782 in Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
AND WHEREAS, the said party of the first part is now the holder of said
note and mortgage and the said parties of the second part are now the
owners of the said mortgaged premises,
NOW THEREFORE, the said parties hereto, for themselves and their assign:
hereby mutually agree that the time for the payment of the unpaid
balance of Nine-thousand-and-no/100----dollars due on said note be,
and the same is hereby extended to be paid in the following manner:
Entire balance plus interest shall be due and payable June 10, 1981.
interest Rate 15$ per annum
