LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
EDITH A. EATON
I, EDITH A. EATOV, presently residing and domiciled in
Martin County, Florida, make this my Will and revoke my prior Wills
and Codicils,
FIRST: My personal representative shall pay all expenses
of my last illness, funeral, and burial.
SECOND: I give the residue of my estate to the FIRST
NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF STUART, as Trustee, to be added
to the Trust presently held by it and known as the "EDITH A. EATON
TRUST," and to be distributed by it in accordance with the provisions
of said Trust.
THIRD: I intentionally omit and do not provide in this
:Till for any other relatives of mine not specifically named herein,
or in the Trust into which this LJill pours.- Such omission is not
due to oversight on my part.
FOURTH: I name the FIRST NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY
OF STUART, Stuart, Florida, as personal representative of my estate.
FIFTH: T"ne personal representative named in this t•7i11,
and its successors and parties serving in its stead, shall be gov-
erned by the provisions of Section 733.612 and 737.402 and Chapter _
738, Florida Statutes 1975, that are not in conflict *.•~ith this in-
strument, and shall have all additional powers and protection granted
by statute to them and to personal representatives at the time of
application that are not in conflict with this instrument. In ad-
dition and not in limitation of any common-law or statutory authority,
and without application to any Court, they shall also have the powers
and responsibilities described below to be exercised in their abso-
lute discretion:
(a) With regard to both real and personal pro-
perty for the purpose of obtaininj funds for
the payment of taxes, claims and costs of
administration, payment of bequests and
making distrib•.~tions, or conversion into
cash, managment of the property and for
