every other proper purpose, they may ac-
quire, retain, invest, reinvest, exchange,
lease, sell, borrow, mortgage, pledge,
transfer, and convey in such manner and on
such terms without limit as to time as
they may deem advisable, even for terms
beyond the expected administration of my
estate, and no purchaser or lender shall
be held liable .to see to the propriety of
the transaction nor to the application of
the proceeds.
(b) To pay expenses that are reasonable in
their judgment for the delivery of gifts.
(c) To pay any pledge to a charity made by me
in writing if in the judgment of the per-
sonal representative I would want the
pledge paid.
(d) Distribution of a gift to a donee caho is a
minor at the time of distribution should be
made to the Custodian for the minor under
the Florida Gifts to Minors Act. If there
is none, such Custodian shall be appointed
by the personal representatives, and any
party serving as personal representative
may be appointed as Custodian.
(e) To incorporate any business or venture in
which the decedent was engaged at the time
of death and to continue such incorporated
business throughout the period of adminis-
tration.
(f) Notwithstanding that gifts of my residuary.
estate are of shares and certain assts of
my estate, and distributions from the Trust
created in this Will are of shares and certain
assets of the Trust, those shares need not
be satisfied by distribution of undivided
shares in those assets. Instead, in the dis-
cretion of the Fiduciaries making a distribu-
tion, the distribution may be partially
or wholly satisfied in cash or in kind or
by both; provided, however, that distribu-
tions shall fairly reflect at the date of
each distribution the net appreciation or
depreciation in value of all the assets then
available for satisfaction of the gift or
distribution.
