All inventory of debtor now owned or hereafter aoquirnd, including but not limited
bo 7200-55 gallon c'l~.vRS of valencia orange frozen concentrate represented as 188
citn~.s contracts certified far the futures market. Each contract is equal to
15,400 pow~ds concentrate valued at approocimately .92/lb. as of November 25, 1980,
located at Mid-Florida Freezer Warehouse, Ltd., P. O. Boac 429, Plymouth, Orange
County, Florida 32768 or other locations designated by debtor, consisting of
warehouse facilities, or products otherwise awned or used in the debtors business;
all documents specifically including warehouse receipts carering all of the above
inventory and shall specifically include warehouse receipts issued upon the above
described frozen concentrate; and all proceeds or accounts are rising from the
sale of any such inventory.
