IDEN 3024 HORNINGSIDE BLVD. TRUST
KNOW ALL HEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that CHARLES R. IDEN, the "Settlor,"
and FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF AKRON, the "Trustee," have on the date last below
written, entered into a Trust Agreement as set forth below.
The Settlor has delivered to the Trustee a deed conveying all his
interest in and to certain real property situated in County of St. Lucie,
Florida, and iaiown as 3024 Morningside Boulevard (more fully described on
Exhibit A attached hereto and lade a part hereof), to be held and distributed
on the terms set forth below.
ARTICLE I
FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF AKRON, om its successor corporation by
merger or consolidation, shall serve as Trustee of this Trust. In no event
shall this Trust fail for lack of a Trustee. The Trustee of this Trust shall
not be required to furnish bond.
The Trustee agrees to issue Land Trust Certificates as directed by
the Settlor, each Land Trust Certificate to represent a prorata interest in
the trust property, with the right to sub-divide such interest.

ARTICLE III
The Trustee shall be under no duty to pay any real estate taxes or
assessments on the real estate in this Trust. The Trustee shall not be
