ARTICLE XII
Settlor may transfer additional real estate to the Trustee, Which
shall then be subject to all the terms and considerations of the Trust in its
entirety. Upon the addition of additional property to the Trust pursuant to
the provisions of this paragraph, no additional Trust Certificate or
certificates shall issue, but the certificates issued shall apply to propor-
tionate shares of the total trust assets.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said CHARLES R. IDEN, the Settlor, and
FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF AKRON, the Trustee, have executed this instrument at
