BEFORE Nom, the undersigned authority, duly authorized to take adcnow-
ledgments and ac~ninister, this day personally appeared THOMAS CANER~N
HAYSLIP who, after being duly sworn aoourding to law, deposes
and says:
1. Zl~at Af f iant is wer the age of twenty-one (21) and a resident
of the Cau~ty St. Lucie, State of Flaric~a.
2. That Affiant is one of the partners of Hayslip landscape, a Flarida
General Partnership, which partnership is oatiposeci of two general partners,
namely the affiant and his brother, NOI~lN ECG HAYSLIP.
3. Z4~at Hayslip Landscape, a Florida general partnership, was
organized a~ formed on ar about the ~ day of ~,Q~ , 19~„
and that said partnership is now and has been in existence run said foYtnatirn.
4. mat Affiant and his brother, NORMAN EiXnDs-RD HAYSLIP, as partners,
executed the Nbrtgage Deed and None to which this Affidavit has been attached
and that under the partnership agreement, they had the authority to do so;
that to the best of the Affiant's knowledge, he and his brother, as partners,
are ocnpetent to e~oecvte said docuaents. _
5. Zfiat the Affiant executed this Affidavit for the purpose of
placing of record a stat~ennent as to the validity of the partnership, the
names of the general partners, and their authority to execute the Note and
Nbrtgage to which this Affidant is attac!~ed.
