ORDER OF TAKING
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard by the Court and it
appearing that proper notice was given to the defendants and
all persons having or claiming any equity, lien or title in '
or to the real property described in the Petition; that the
petitioner would apply to this Court on the 3rd day of December,
1980 for an Order of Taking, and testimony and evidence having
been offered by the parties, and the Court being otherwise
fully advised hereby
ORDERES AND ADJUDGES:
1. That the Court has jurisdiction of the subject
fitter of this cause.
2. That the pleadings in this cause are sufficient.
3. That the estimate of value filed in this cause by
fie petitioner is made in good faith and based upon a valid
~praisal.
4. That the petitioner, FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY,
ion payment into the Registry of the Court of the deposits
~reinafter specified, is entitled to the possesion of the
allowing described parcels of property in St. Lucie County,
Lorida, prior to the entry of a Final Judgment in this cause.
