The Grantee by accel,tance and execution of this Warranty IH~ed acknowledge::
that this conveyance is subject to the• trovisions of the [~claration of Condominium
described above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees
to be bound by all of said provisions; the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all
of said provisions are reasonable, fair and equitable; the c:rantec• hereby impresses
a lien upon the land and real proix~rty descrit~ed above, as se~~urity for his obligations
as described in said lk:claration of Condominium and its exhibits; and the Grantee
acknowledges and agrees that said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits and
the purchase agreement executed by the Grantor and Grantee cc,utain all of the warranti::s,
representations and inducements concerning the purchase by the C,rantee of the land
and real property described above.
