ORDE R
THIS CAUSE having come before the undersigned on December
9, 1980, upon Plaintiff's Motion for Temporary Relief, and having heard
argument of counsel, having reviewed the record and being otherwise
familiar with the premises herein, it is accordingly,
FOUND ACID DETERMINED as follows:
1. The Plaintiff and the Defendant, LARRY JORDAN, agree that
the minor child, DEBORAH JORDAN, shall be permitted to visit with the
Plaintiff, BARBARA JORDAN HYLTON, over the Christmas 1980 holidays;
2. Despite such agreement the Defendant nevertheless avers
that this Court has no personal/subject matter jurisdiction over the
subject of Plaintiff's motion for temporary relief and, further, that
such issue has not properly been raised by the pleadings herein.
IT IS THEREUPON, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff's Motion for `,
Temporary Relief is granted and that the minor child, DEBORAH JORDAN,
shall be permitted to visit in Florida with the Plaintiff, BARBARA
JORDAN HYLTON, from December 20, 1980, through January 3, 1981, whereupon
the minor child shall be returned to the Defendant, LARRY JORDAN.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant, LARRY JORDAN, shall have
the right to raise any objections or defense with respect to the subject
matter of this order at such future time as may be appropriate as if this
order had never been entered.
