ORDER SETTING ASIDE JUDGMENT
AGAINST SURETY BOND
THIS CAUSE came on for hearing upon the Motion to Set
Aside Final Judgment entered on the 24th day of October, 1980, and
recorded in O.R. Book 341, Page 1556, in the total sum of Ten
Thousand and no/100ths ($10,000.00) Dollars. After having heard
argument from the Attorney for the Surety and the Assistant State
Attorney,-the Court finds that the Judgment was entered against
the Surety irregularly and therfore, the same should be set aside.
It is, further,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Final Judgment above described
be and the same is hereby set aside and vacated. It is, further,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Surety produce David Allen
Schlicher before this Court on December 19, 1980, at 9:00 A.M.
