FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE
' THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on the Motion of the
Plaintiff for a Summary Final Judgment and the Court having reviewed
the pleadings and affidavits filed in this cause and being further
advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. Plaintiff, SEACOAST HOMES, INC., a Florida Corporation,
is due Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars as principal, plus Eight
Hundred Twenty Five Dollars and Eighty Two Cents ($825.82) as interest,
and Four Thousand Four Hundred Forty Four Dollars ($4,444.00) for pay-
ments made to the first mortgagee, First Federal Savings And Lean
Association of Fort Pierce after demand, Thirty Five Dollars ($35.00)
for title search expense and Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for
attorney fees with Eighty Two Dollars ($82.00) court costs now taxed,
under the second mortgage sued upon in this action making a total sum
of Ten Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Six Dollars and Eighty Two Cents
($10,886.82) .
