'PHIS CAUSE having come before-the Court on Defendant's
Motion to Dismiss, the Court having heard argument of counsel and
being otherwise advised in the premises, finds the Motion more in
the nature of a Motion for More Definite Statement.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Defendant's Motion for More Definite Statement is
granted and the Plaintiff is instructed to file with the Court a
copy of the Resolution referred to in the Complaint.
2. Defendant has twenty (20) days from the date of this
Order in which to file his responsive pleading.
