This cause coming on before the Court on the wife's Motion
and it appearing to the Court that the parties have agreed upon a
change of custody and upon entry of an Order consistent with their
agreement and the Court being fully advised, therein, thereupon, it
i s hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That the Agreement of the parties dated July 12, 1979
be and the same is hereby incorporated by reference into this Order
and the parties are Ordered to comply therewith.
2. That the Court retains jurisdiction for such other and
further matters as may come before it.
DONE and ORDERED AT Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
