THIS CAUSE, having come on upon Stipulation of the
parties and their respective counsel of record, and the Court,
being fully advised in the premises and the mutual agreements
of the parties as to the visitation of the Husband, GREGORY
SORENSEN, in the Final Judgment, Dissolution of Marriage, dated
December 6, 1979, specifically as to paragraph 2, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Final Judgment, Uissolu-
tion of marriage herein described shall be modified as follows:
Upon every other weekend, from Friday evening until
Sunday evening, one-half (1/2) day upon X11 legal holidays,
and birthdays of the minor children, and for one (1) month each
summer, the Husband, GREGORY SORENSEN shall be granted said
visitation rights. Said visitation shall not be cumulative
in nature.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, Saint
Lucie County, Florida on this ~ day of December, 1980.
