COMES NOW the Husband, GREGORY SORENSEN, and the Wife,
MICHELLE SORENSEN, and their respective counsel of record, and
hereby stipulate and agree that the Final Judgment, Dissolution
of Marriage, entered by this Court under date of December 6,
1969, shall be modified as to paragraph 2, pertaining to the
visitation of the Husband, GREGORY SORENSEN.
It is stipulated and agreed that visitation shall be
granted to the Husband as follows: Upon every other weekend
from Friday evening until Sunday evening, one-half (1/2) day upon
alI legal holidays and birthdays of the minor children, and for
one (1) month each summer. The above stated visitation shall not
be cumulative in nature.
