This cause having come on for hearing before this court and the court
having heard testimony of the parties and the arguments of camcel and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises it is hereupon
ORDIItED AND ADJLIDGPA that the Final Juc~oent of Dissolution of Marriage
entered by this court on December 4, 1979 is modified as follows:
The former husband, WALTER R. 1~YJRNSBY, JR., is hereby awarded visitation
rights with the minor child of the parties on alternate weekends from 6:00 p.m.
Friday evening until 6:00 p.m. on Sunday evening and one-half (1/2) day an Holidays
with the child's birthday to be considered a Holiday for visitation purposes; the
Husband is further awarded reasonable summer visitation with the minor child. The
child is to be primarily picked up by the husband at the home of the wife or at
such other locatirn as is not inconvenient to either party; it is further
ORDERID AND ADJiDGED that the marital dwelling of the parties located
at 304 North 29th Street, St. Lucie County, Florida mare particularly described
as follows:
Lot 9, Block 2, of SArIDRA OOIRT, as per plat

Records of St. Lucie Camty, Florida together
with the West (6) six feet of the vacated alley
adjacent on the east, subject, however, to utility
easements thereon.
is hereby ordered to be partitioned and sold at public sale to the highest bidder
and the proceeds after costs of sale shall be divided equally betraeen the parties,
however, after the Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage entered on December 4,
1979 the parties were aaruers of the above property a s tenants in caanan and
each party was responsible for one-half of the mortgage payments and one-half
of the repairs and if one party has contributed more than the other party toward
