THIS CAUSE, having come on for hearing on the 3rd of
November, 1980, upon the Defendant's Motion for Rehearing, and the
Court having heard argument of counsel, considered the file and being
otherwise fully and well advised, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant's Motion for Rehearing
shall be and it is hereby denied. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant shall have 60 days
from the date of this hearing in order to make arrangements for a
Human Leucocyte Antigens tissue typing test to determine paternity.
