O R D E R
This cause coming on to be heard upon stipulation of counsel
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Wife, May V. Norman, shall have the right to
amended instanter her Petition filed herein so as to seek a dis-
solution of marriage in lieu of alimony unconnected with a dissolution
of marriage.
2. The Husband, Randolph S. Norman, shall have twenty
days from the date of service of a copy of the Amended Petition to
file his answer or other defensive pleadings thereto.
ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida this ~~ day of December, 1980.
