ORDER APPOINTING GUARDIAN
AND ATTORNEY AD LITEM
THIS MATTER having come on before me upon the motion
of the Husband, KEVIN JOSEPH BURNS, for the appointment of an
attorney and guardian ad litem for the Wife who is in the
military service of the United States, and it appearing to
the Court that such motion is well taken, and the Court being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That Jacqueline L. Russakis
an attorney learned in the law be and he is hereby appointed
as guardian and attorney ad litem for the Wife, EARLINE
BURNS, who is in the military service of the United States.
2. That said attorney, a member of the Bar of this
Court, be and he is hereby appointed as attorney and guardian
ad litem to represent the above-named Wife and to protect her
interests in this suit.
