IN ADDITION TO THE COVENANTS HEREINAFTER SET OUT, THE MORTGAGORS ~

(1) The MORTGAGORS herein shall make within 15 days of the due
date herein, the payments called for in the first mortgage
now encumbering the herein described property, to the MORT-
GAGEE herein at its office or some other place as designated
by the MORTGAGEE herein.
(2) The MORTGAGORS herein shall at the request of the. MORTGAGEE
herein, acknowledge in writing the existence of this MORTGAGE
and the amount still due hereunder, on an estoppel form pro-
vided for this purpose by the MORTGAGEE herein.
(3) This is a second mortgage.
