COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
I, CLIFFORD JOHNSON, being first. duly sworn, depose
and say:
1. I was appointed attorney in fact for Gladys H.
Johnson by writing dated March 10, 1978, recorded in
OR Book 284, page 1715, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
2. Gladys H. Johnson is now alive and mentally
competent and has not revoked the power of attorney,
and it is now in full force and effect.
3. I have, this day, executed a deed of conveyance
to the following described property, as attorney in fact
of Gladys H. Johnson, under the authority granted to me
by said power of attorney and this sworn statement is
made in order to ..induce the grantees named in aid deed
to accept the same. _
