with respect to the matters disposed of by this Order;
upon consent of the parties, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion of the
Defendant, FLORIDA FARM BUREAU CASUALTY INSURANCE COMPANY,
to dismiss is granted; the Plaintiff shall have twenty (20)
days from the date of this Order in which to file an
Amended Complaint.
