1. The Appellant's Motion for Re-Hearing be and the same
is hereby denied.
2. The Appellee's Motion forAttorneys' Fees be and the same
is hereby granted and Attorneys' Fees are assessed in favor of the
Appellee in the amount of $700.00 and the Appellant is ordered
to pay same.
