ORDER
This cause coming before the Court on matters of temporary
relief and the Court having heard counsel and it appearing that the
parties were agreed on a temporary Order of mutual restraint and that
each of the parties continue in custody of the child presently in their
possession, and the Court being fully advised and on request of counsel
thereupon, it is hereby
ORDERED:
1. That each party in the abovestyled cause is hereby enjoined
and restrained against harassment, embarrassment, threatening or violence,
each as to the other party.
2. That of the two children of the parties, DERESA ROHN, age
four months, is temporarily awarded to WANDA C. ROHN and WILLIAM STEVEN
ROHN age two years, is temporarily awarded to WILLIAM H. ROHN, the father,
and the custody of the said children shall remain as awarded pending
further Order of the Court.
3. That the Court retain jurisdiction of this cause and the
parties herein for such other and further matters as may come before it.
