sentative of the Estate of Veda Marie Watts, deceased, Grantor,
and G. P. HURD , Grantee,

_ The Grantor, in consideration of the premises and the
sum of $10.00, and other good and valuable considerations, in
hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases,

County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:

TOGETHER WITH all and singular the tenements, heredi-
taments and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining
to that real property.
